Terms and Conditions

Ordering and Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, or by messaging us via email or WhatsApp.

  • Payment is required to confirm your order (via bank transfer or card link). 

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability - We bake in small batches to maintain quality. 

Delivery and Collection

  • Delivery: £5 within St Neots.

  • Collection: Free from 20 Firethorn Road, St Neots - By appointment only (exact time confirmed when the order is ready).

  • Please refrigerate or eat your cheesecake as soon as possible after receiving it. 

Storage and Shelf Life

  • Keep refrigerated below 5°C.

  • Best enjoyed within 5 days of collection/delivery. 

  • Suitable for freezing for up to 1 month. 

Allergens

  • All cheesecakes contain Milk, Eggs, and Wheat (Gluten). 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations require 48 hours' notice before the collection/delivery date.

  • As our products are perishable and made to order, we can't offer refunds after this time unless there's a fault with the product.
