Ordering and Payments

Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, or by messaging us via email or WhatsApp.

Payment is required to confirm your order. We currently accept credit cards, cash, and bank transfer.

Orders are accepted subject to availability - We bake in small batches to maintain quality.
Delivery and Collection

Delivery: £5 within St Neots.

Free collection available from:

Cambridge Market Square: Thursdays and Saturdays.

Our registered kitchen at 20 Firethorn Road, St Neots: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun.

When collecting, the cheesecake comes boxed up and ready for pickup. We recommend bringing an insulated carry bag so your cheesecake stays at its best during transit.
Storage and Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated below 5°C and serve at room temperature.

Use by 4 days from date of collection/delivery.

All of our cheesecakes are prepared in a domestic kitchen where nuts, gluten, and other allergens are present. While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, we can only refund 50% of the price due to the preparation costs involved.

Please note that we do not accept returns. Our cakes are baked to order, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of food items.

However, if there was an issue with your order—such as a missing item or receiving the wrong cake—we will gladly provide a full refund.
