Ordering and Payments

Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, or by messaging us via email or WhatsApp.
Payment is required to confirm your order. We currently accept cash and bank transfer.
Orders are accepted subject to availability - We bake in small batches to maintain quality.

Delivery: £5 within St Neots.
Collection: Free from 20 Firethorn Road, St Neots - By appointment only (exact time confirmed when the order is ready).
Please refrigerate or eat your cheesecake as soon as possible after receiving it.

All cheesecakes contain Milk and Eggs.
Made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. May contain traces of other allergens.

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, we can only refund 50% of the price due to the preparation costs involved.
Please note that we do not accept returns. Our cakes are baked to order, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of food items.
However, if there was an issue with your order—such as a missing item or receiving the wrong cake—we will gladly provide a full refund.
