Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery, we can only refund 50% of the price due to the preparation costs involved.

Please note that we do not accept returns. Our cakes are baked to order, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of food items.

However, if there was an issue with your order—such as a missing item or receiving the wrong cake—we will gladly provide a full refund.

Preparation Time

All our cheesecakes are baked fresh to order and require 48 hours’ preparation time.

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00pm will be ready for collection or delivery 48 hours later.

Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed from the next working day.

Delivery

We offer local delivery within St Neots for £5 per order.
